Accessing reports
Navigate to Reports from the main menu. Reports are available to Owners and Managers. All reports can be filtered by date range, staff member, service category, and location (if you have multiple). You can export any report as a CSV file for use in spreadsheets or accounting software.
Revenue report
The revenue report shows your total income broken down by services, retail, and tips. View it as a daily, weekly, or monthly summary. The chart shows trends over time so you can spot patterns, like seasonal dips or the impact of a promotion. Revenue is shown net of refunds.
Staff performance
The staff report shows each team member’s total revenue, number of appointments, average ticket value, rebooking rate, and utilization (percentage of available hours that were booked). Use this to identify your top performers, spot underutilized time slots, and have informed conversations about scheduling and compensation.
Client retention
The retention report tracks how many clients return within 30, 60, and 90 days of their last visit. It highlights clients who are overdue for a visit based on their typical booking pattern. For example, if a client usually books every 6 weeks and it has been 8 weeks, they appear in the “overdue” list. Use this to trigger outreach and win back lapsing clients.
Service breakdown
The service report shows which services generate the most revenue, which are booked most often, and the average price per service. This helps you understand your service mix and make informed decisions about pricing and menu changes. If a service is rarely booked, it might need better positioning on your menu or a price adjustment.
Daily summary
The daily summary is a quick snapshot designed for end-of-day review. It shows the day’s total revenue, number of appointments, no-shows, new clients, and retail sales. You can have this emailed to you automatically at the end of each business day from Settings > Notifications > Daily Summary.
