What We Collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account: name, email, business name, and payment details. We also collect usage data to improve the product, such as which features you use and how often.
How We Use It
Your data is used to provide the Tresse service: scheduling, booking, payments, and client management. We use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the product. We never use your data for advertising.
Who We Share It With
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Tresse: Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Twilio for SMS, and Neon for database hosting. We never sell your data. We never share client data between businesses.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is available for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted. Backups are purged within 90 days of deletion.
Your Rights
You can export your data at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. You can update your personal information from your dashboard. For any privacy-related requests, email privacy@tresse.io.
