Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tresse. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Tresse cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Payment Terms
Tresse is billed monthly at $120 per month. Your first 30 days are free. After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically each month. Payment processing fees (2.6% + $0.10 per transaction) are charged separately on each client transaction processed through the platform.
Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your data will remain accessible for 30 days so you can export it. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
Data Ownership
You own your data. Your client records, appointment history, financial data, and any content you create within Tresse belongs to you. We will never sell your data or use it for purposes beyond providing the service.
Limitation of Liability
Tresse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.
