Your booking page
Every Tresse account includes a public booking page at tresse.io/book/your-salon-name. Clients can browse your services, see real-time availability, and book appointments without calling or messaging. The page works on desktop and mobile.
Customizing your page
Go to Settings > Booking Page to customize the appearance. You can upload your logo, set your brand colors, add a cover photo, and write a welcome message. The page automatically shows your services organized by category, your staff members with photos, and your business hours and location.
Booking rules
Under Settings > Booking Rules, you can configure how far in advance clients can book, how much notice is required, and buffer time between appointments. For example, you might set:
- Minimum advance booking: 2 hours (prevents last-minute bookings)
- Maximum advance booking: 60 days (keeps your calendar manageable)
- Buffer time: 15 minutes between appointments (gives stylists a break)
- Cancellation window: 24 hours (clients cannot cancel within 24 hours of the appointment)
Staff preferences
Clients can either choose a specific staff member when booking or select “Any available.” If they choose any available, the system assigns the booking to the staff member with the most open availability that day to balance the schedule.
Individual staff members can opt out of online booking entirely from their profile settings, which is useful for stylists who prefer to manage their own books.
Embedding on your website
Go to Settings > Booking Page > Embed to get a code snippet you can paste into your website. The embed appears as a “Book Now” button that opens the booking flow in a modal, keeping clients on your site. The embed inherits your brand colors and works on any website platform.
Confirmation and reminders
When a client books online, they receive an immediate email confirmation with the appointment details. Automated text reminders are sent 24 hours before the appointment by default. You can adjust the reminder timing or disable it from Settings > Notifications.
