Getting started

Create your account

Head to tresse.io and click “Start free trial.” Enter your email, choose a password, and you will land on the setup wizard. Your 30-day trial includes every feature with no credit card required.

Add your salon details

The first step in the wizard asks for your salon name, address, phone number, and timezone. This information appears on your public booking page and in appointment confirmations sent to clients. You can update it later from Settings > Business Profile.

Set your business hours

Navigate to Settings > Hours to set your default weekly schedule. Choose your opening and closing times for each day of the week. If your salon is closed on certain days, toggle them off. These hours serve as the default for all staff members, but each stylist can customize their own availability later.

Create your service menu

Go to Services > Add Service. For each service, enter the name, default duration, and price. You can also set a description that will appear on your booking page. If a service has variable pricing (for example, balayage that varies by hair length), you can set a price range and adjust at checkout.

Organize services into categories like “Color,” “Cuts,” “Treatments,” and “Extensions” to keep your booking page clean. Drag and drop to reorder categories and services within them.

Invite your team

Go to Staff > Add Staff Member. Enter their name, email, and role. Choose which services each staff member can perform. Tresse sends them an invitation email with a link to set up their own login.

Each staff member can set their own working hours, which override the default business hours. They can also manage their own appointments once they log in.

Publish your booking page

Once you have services and staff set up, your online booking page is ready. Go to Settings > Booking Page to customize your page URL, add your logo, and choose your brand colors. Click “Publish” to make it live. Share the link on your website, social media, and Google Business Profile.
